Hello i really enjoyed your video , so many useful hints that i will most certainly be thinking about , i have had used all clairs but they all seem to change or when i need it most i suppose? It used to be clair audient now it is clear seeing but they are rather like flashes like a quick video under 5 seconds ..which i hope one day i can see* more 😅 but lately there is a new thing happening and i dont know if its me , am i imagining or is it my guide ? I dont discount or blow it off because i dont want to stop it 😅 i have *compassion* come up in my head this morning while hearing the noisy neighbours i may of grumbled to myself at the time ,but the word sort of stopped me in my tracks my voice i guess but when the words come its like its seperated from me ..does this make sense ?

This really helped. I don't know what kind of intuition I have. It's a just a knowing. I do not hear anything, it's a knowing, I do not no where the information comes from. I do imagine well. I used to be able to see in my 3rd eye but not anymore b/c I guess I didn't know how to use it & since then I feel vulnerable & unsafe. I have a counseling session in the morning w some1 I was guided to for help & then you came you. I'm so excited.

I know it's three years later.. but I saw the woman I love running to me in a dream last week. I've used my intuition to not go to jobs, I just knew it was a waste of time. I skipped out on a job I saw advertised because I wanted to see this woman at work. I seem to think I won't see her elsewhere. I need to work with my intuition because I need more money. I love her and saw her in a dream, so I know we will be together.

Thank you very much🎉 I go with my son every day to our Kindergarten and back with a train (40 Minutes in one side). I like that place so much, that I don't want search some another near us... But these traintime is often so exosting:( I try to see it as our time, and read to my son, play with him. But often I am stressed and doing bad if his behaviour is too active (he is 4,5) and I'm ashamed then:( My goal is to learn to be really calm in such situations and not to watch at the reaction from another people around us. It's difficult, but I try😅

Hard saying which I am because I've had all of these at different times of my life. 😅 Probably majority sense but I've also "hear" and and "see" with dreams. That's why I'm confused lol. Which one am I?

I am very chronically ill and my husband is so cruel to me. My marriage has been over for a long time but we still are living together going through the motions. I have been crying for days and have a terrible headache. I so wish my situation could improve and I could stop hurting so much.

Luminous as always, Sonia. Thank you. ❤️ I have been studying and reading Tarot for 50 years and have an unusual ability to flow with synchronicity even through truly terrifying times. The last seven years have been the happiest of my life, living somewhere I absolutely love after decades of places I hated. Being disabled since my early 30's kept me from having a career. I was in excruciating pain for 20 years and no amount of looking inward, asking guides, prayer, readings, ritual, meditation, dream work, nor any medical approach - and I saw many specialists over the years - nothing helped, so my life ground to a halt. I was crushingly poor, always afraid of being hungry or homeless. Somehow I raised some great kids. But after they grew up I was so vulnerable. I met someone who helped and was supportive, and it felt so good to lean on someone, and I was so ill, that I couldn't defend myself as they slowly grew abusive and manipulated me for 13 years. I escaped in 2012 with the help of my kids and friends. Next I lived in an awful apartment for four years. I moved to where I live now seven years ago. I have flourished and healed in incredible ways. My creativity is more fluid than it has ever been, and I am 67. I am close to finishing the second draft of a novel. The local crows are good friends. All last week they and assorted synchronicities predicted a dramatic upheaval in my home life. One of the elder crows visited me yesterday morning. There was only about a 3" opening in the curtain, but they know exactly where to sit to get my attention and make eye contact. The elders are fairly telepathic. They understand me, but I usually don't know what they've saying because most humans aren't smart that way. When I went outside there was a big black feather under my window, a gift. When I checked my mail I learned that my landlords are selling the building and I have to leave the best place I have ever lived, my sweet safe haven where I came to lick my wounds and grow a new me, in one of the most beautiful locations in the world, with perfect weather every single day, near two of my kids and my grandchild... I still live on disability, and moving costs thousands more than I have right now. Finding a place I can afford will be a needle in a haystack. But that's what this place was. I was homeless for seven months, searching constantly, until I lucked into this apartment. I have healed so much in seven years that I have absolute belief that my next housing situation will fall into place with relative ease. And the feather is a wonderful confirmation of that. I have been hushing that sardonic inner voice, listening for my guides and speaking to them. Asking their opinion on whatever we're watching. I feel it working. ❤️ Thanks for your encouragement.

I named my guide Jack. En talked a lot to him. Once I was riding my bike and talked with jack and suddenly "Ishmael" as an image of the word appeared in my heartspace. I googled a lot and was hard to find. Germany has an angel database and I found Ishmael is responsible for awakening of men as in humans. Male and female.

Thank you very much for this video, Sonia! But it also made me ask myself in relation to my problems with procastination. Is there a relation between procastinating and a weak intuition? For example, in my case, there's an inner voice inside me (when i procrastinate) that I should be doing the most important thing and yet I still avoid doing it-until I'm all stressed out cramming up because a deadline is near and then I'd think, "But i thought about doing it on time, a voice inside me said i just have to do it now but still I didn't. " And you all go through a loop of guilt and rumination of why didn't I listen to that voice and now I'm all stressed out and not giving the good quality of work I'm supposed to put out there? 😅 Anyway, I very much appreciate all the videos you have put out in your channel. I've been following you since after the pandemic started. The pandemic made me get in touch with my inner voice and, watching your videos, they serve as one of my many tools to help me manage my anxiety, past childhood and recent work-related traumas. At present, I cannot afford to go into therapy for (probably chronic) procastinating. Watching videos and podcasts, and reading articles so far, I can still manage. Hahaha I've been saying that for decades despite tragedies and disappointments I STILL feel like I'm the luckiest girl, (50 years young) that I know . I have everything I need yet zero, literally, euros in the bank or in my pocket . THAT I need to change . I've had money to budget or spend since I was 5 and got pocket money 😂 . For the last 3 years since the Pandemic though .... Nada ... I am having lots of anger come out lately ! Old patterns of inner critical voice , inner hate , stuck ( old powerlessness / victim consciousness , old story of I can’t decide , I can’t do it alone …. A very strange paradoxical situation of waiting my intuition to tell me what to do and feeling it’s not coming ! ) .I feel it’s a paradoxical situation of giving my power away even to a strange idea of my intuition knows better … but in fact it’s not my intuition I am following but my mind disguised as my intuition !!!! ) . Dear Sonia , you have been in my peripheral vision since you daughter was visiting with your grandchild , I subscribed that very first time I heard you speak, about going to park & you got drenched by rain , your grand child had intuition & didnt want to go 😂. Your gentle manner & obvious spiritual self confidence was immediately attractive . I just watched your interview with Amrit which I thoroughly enjoyed & how resonant it is atvthis point if time . I loved it . However, I'm writing this message not just to thank you but to boost the algorithm as I dont get notifications for your videos which I'd love to watch so I hope somehow this gets me connected to you & that I get notified when you make new posts .
